Road Scholar’s current general FAQ says participants are usually over 50 and that younger adults may attend with an age-eligible companion. Family, grandparent, and other specialized programs have their own participant rules. Neither should be treated as unlimited coverage, and both are subject to current terms, limits, and exclusions. Road Scholar includes emergency assistance and emergency medical evacuation insurance through its Assurance Plan. Review the policy for the exact program and departure before booking.
